The Preserve at Pine Lakes HOA, Inc. was incorporated in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on February 26, 2021. The first group of brand-new homes were transferred from the developer, Lennar Carolinas, LLC, to the new members of the community on May 20, 2022.
The Preserve at Pine Lakes was developed in 3 phases and consists of 220 single-family homes and 70 townhomes. The Preserve property adjoins The Pine Lakes Country Club, affectionately known as “The Granddaddy.” The Pine Lakes Country Club is the oldest golf course in Myrtle Beach, having been founded in 1927 and featured in the first issue of Sports Illustrated.
About Pine Lakes Country Club - A Myrtle Beach Favorite
The community amenities include an 81-thousand-gallon swimming pool with a children’s splashpad area, an amenity center for hosting community gatherings, a community pickleball court, and a fenced playground area for children.
The Association maintains over 68 acres of community property, including standing pines, open spaces, and seven (7) ponds, 2 of which lend themselves to catch & release fishing. The property backs up to the East Coast Greenway for bicycle riders, walkers and runners.
Myrtle Beach attractions, restaurants, and medical facilities are conveniently accessed given the Preserve’s location next to Robert Grissom Parkway and the nearby 31 Bypass. And best of all, the Atlantic Ocean and the beaches of the Grand Strand are a mile to the east, an easy walk, bicycle, or golf cart ride away.
